fitting a z32 maf to a s14 sr20det, what will i need & gain?

i have a x32 maf sat here with the plug, what do i need to fit it to a sr20det s14? larger induction elbow? solid or not?
what will i gain from fitting it?

the mapping is not an issue, I always do, Martin at MB Automotive mapped my car once already so will just get him to do it again, im just trying to get my head around what ill be looking at 1st without bothering him atm, Im running nistune ecu with 555cc inj, I used jez @ Horsham Developments on my 350z and s14a, and my scoobys with duncan graham of race dynamics but a live map is fine with me as im not inteerested in power figures that side bores me. I want torque to build up now.
