for sale dc2 type r

Basics of selling a car:

A well written description.
List anything that isn't standard.
List anything that isn't perfect.
When the tax runs out.
When the MOT runs out.
Mileage.
How full the service history is (and a reason for if it isn't full).
Price.
Some pictures showing all the exterior and the interior.
Don't tell anyone to shut the fuck up.

You can miss out some of those, but expect to either earn less money or deal with many, many more timewasters. I might like your car, it's on my list of cars I want to own and it's in the right colour.

Buyers want to be seduced in to spending the money. A complete, well written advert with pictures wins every time. Spamming a forum with multiple ads with a username that sounds like a trader is not a winning strategy.

Good luck with the sale though, like I say the car is great. Or could be. Help us to help you.

car is standerd except mongoose exhaust. but im sure if any one is REALLY interested they will contact me . but thanks for the heads up m8.

Jack knows as well as me that you can make a half decent amount of money just by buying badly advertised cars, giving them a clean and taking some decent photos and writing up a decent spec list then readvertising.

I just chuckle at threads like this, even if i was looking for a DC2 I would ignore it :)

The car I have for sale for my step sister as an example, as cos like you, she isnt into cars and doesnt know how to sell them :wack:.

See below :p

not driftworks fault your an idiot.

I'll do some leg work for you.. because im bored, and I sence fail in you.

There's a bar at the top of your internet browser, its called a 'URL Bar' (URL Standing for Uniform Resource Locator, but thats not important) Now, type in ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting (Infact, Driftworks has a handy bolt on, which allows links to be found within posts and auto direct them to hotlinks - again, handy. Not important at this stage) So type that in, or click the link which this pants website just found.

Upon entering the website, do not be taken aback by the mass advertising, and flashy slogans, your there for one purpose.. and one purpose only. To upload an Image of your car to which your 'trying' (or failing) to sell on a drift forum.

Find the button which allows you to find the photo on your computer, once selected click the UPLOAD button.. this may take a moment, depending on your internet speed. Then you will be presented with a new page with a smaller image of your picture and various links next to it. Your looking for the 'Direct Link' address.

Click that (it should auto copy) again, this saves you hassle. Then which the link in hand.. come back here and reply WITH the URL Address (I.e. Paste) - If you want to impress me add an IMG tag (The IMG Tag is a piece of code the forum use's to 'find' images within a link, it will auto convert the text to the image on the page) the image tag is this you then enter the address and finish off with the same tag, however you add a forward slash. Like this [/IMG*] (NOTE: I have added the * because 'obviously if i didnt, the forum would relise I wasnt posting this up for information, but hunt for an image instead, again not important.)

I hope this helps you out and saves you in the future from noob bashing.

P.s. Im really bored, but this has been fun.
