Hey, I'm open to offers on it! Was put on here half as a joke tbh. However, I'm thinking of renting it out so if anyone is looking for a place in Essex let me know. Around £650/month...gotta be worth that for the garage alone!

Just having fun with it, I'll happily put the first bid in, 40 part worns, a Series2 Landy V8, a Fireblade, an Infinity Q45, a Mazda6 estate sport, some doors for an S13, a 100 tin paint mixing system for cars, some aerials and a packet of marshmellows !!

Its amazing what Ive got stuck down the back of me sofa !!
