For Sale: Toyota Supra Mk4 Twin Turbo Manual
I bought this car as an unfinished project with the view to breaking it for spares.. Upon reflection, I think I'm just going to work through the few bits it needs and sell it complete, it's too cool to break for parts..
The car mainly needed tidying up, some wiring needed re-doing which iv done most of now.
Iv changed the spark plugs. Going to do a Oil & Filter change in the next day or 2, using Mobil 1 10/50 Motorsport formula.
I will also be taking the car for an Mot towards the end of this week.
The front bumper is genuine Veilside, it has a big crack in the bottom. Car comes with a brand new unfitted and unpainted Aerokit front bumper. Side skirts need painting too.
The rest of the bodywork and chassis is in generally very good condition for a 19yr old car. Few scratches, stone chips etc, No crash damage though.. There is very little rust on the car, it's just starting to go on the bootlid on passenger side, it's easily savable at this stage. Chassis is good and rust free as it was an import.
The car started life in Japan as an NA Manual, the GTE engine conversion was done by the previous owner, the original w58 lasted about 10mins. A rebuilt R154 setup was sourced from Garage-D and fitted recently.

The car will start and drive and be ok to use as a daily driver. If I was keeping the car for myself I would carry on tidying it up a bit more, there is a minor leak from a pas pipe. I'd probilly change the loom and ecu for 2j parts or aftermarket, the 1j loom and ecu setup was done by Garage-D and seems to work pretty well, id still change it though. Obviously as previously mentioned it needs the few bits painting to make it mint.
This car is perfect for someone who wants to invest in one of the best drift cars you can get for a damn good price.
Youll be lucky to find an auto TT Supra for this price, so it really is a bargin..
There is currently a TT Supra on eBay with w58 for £8k if you want a comparison..
