hi i got a fse regulator for my s14 and the pressure does not drop .5bar on tickover, say i set at 3bar engine of when i start it will raise a few psi over 3bar, tonight i tried setting to 2.5bar engine of pumps running and when i started engine strait back up to a few psi over 3bar, fuel lines are conected corect there new to and from the tank, have a walbro in tank feedeng a swirlpot then 044 feeding the rail not that i would have thort that would afect presure on reg

cheers

i was always in the belief you need to set it with the engine running and the vacum/boost source disconnected

i will try it this way tomorow to check but just figured with my pumps been hard wired i could just run them engine off, so manifold presure would be = to atmosphere wich is how i read it then when i start it there would be vacume at idle

thanks

rite i have tried setting up with engine running and no matter what i do i will not go below 3bar with engine running even if its vacume pipe is removed, with pumps runing engine off i can adjust as low as i like, confused

havent sorry i am with car now but no camera available, however fuel rail adapter to side of regulator and return to tank from bottom of regulator and vac/pressure hose from inlet manifold to top of reg as per instructions

I don't understand why you want to drop it down 0.5 bar?

My regulator runs a steady 3.0 bar on idle and is just fine
