Garrett Turbos

Huh?? surely thats the exact oposite of what he should do for fast spool up :confused: the .64 spools up way quicker.

I'm looking into it now for you mr TaxDori :thumbs:
 
yep my bad my heads in the shed today was some where elsa at the monet:smash:

.64 is right .86 will pull more then the .64

but what ever this is the turbo to have :worthy:

yeah not looking for mad fast spool up as it's a daily car so I could do with staying out of boost if I want, plus I should have a nice 190ft lb @ 1500rpm anyway :D So .86 for me it would probably be, bit of lag and pull like.

Nothing from Garrett will be a direct fit for the Skyline.

You'll either need to get something from HKS (GT3037 Pro-S) or get a custom downpipe to match up to a Garrett T3 internal wastegate housing.
 
Yours as lovely as it is, is external wastegate though Mr Ant. TaxiDoriMan, what power would you like to acheive, as you want as responsive a turbo as possible, it's pretty easy staying out of boost, you just modulate that right foot of yours a little :D Just to confirm, is it a standard manifold?

yep standard manifold and internal gate please.

I'd like to get 400 if i can and maybe leave a bit of room for more power later.
