Gel Battery

cool, is it a gel battery? i pressume it is. its just thats what ive been told to get by my tuner although ive never heard of one before.
also you say they dont last long normally, how long do they normally last?

It's a funky absorbed glass matt design, basically it's an evolution on from the gel battery idea, 100% safe you can even post them airmail etc in the US which shows just how safe they are if the nanny state allows them in planes... :wack:

Depends on how you treat it really, they're a lot more durable and long lasting than any other small racing batteries though.

I can't recommend glass mat batteries enough. When I had one in my old Roadster, I took it off the road for about two months last winter and its battery was still holding plenty of charge to crank the engine. And having had plenty of experiences with regular wet batteries, where it has spilled its contents everywhere while drifting, I reckon they're absolutely on the money for motorsports stuff. You should get one, Sam, you won't be disappointed.

Already been told by Rotechniks that I HAVE to get at very least a gel battery. Going to get one i just got to save more wonga!!
