Ive finally realised that having a s13 at my age is not a good idea at all. My dream has always been to be driving around in a S13, ive been into them for 3 years. 1st year I just started getting into them, doing all my research and stuff. 2nd year I got an alright pre-facelift in my favourite colour grey, fixed it up loads then my friend bought it of me after about 6 months. Then I started looking for the cleanest shell I could possibly find for my SR swap. This took me approx 8months on its own. Then luckily I found a mint SR engine, gearbox etc only done 60k from a totally standard S14 within 3 weeks. In went the SR and everything else, everything went ok apart from 2 problems, 1 wire was spliced incorrectly took John Bennet 5mins to find the problem and sort it. And the other thing was the ecu which made it fire on 3 cylinders.
After I got the car running all sweet, I done around 3 oil changes and changed the oil filter 2 times. Then it was time for MOT which I was dreading. To my surprise the guy who checked it all said it was the mintest he’s ever seen, although he did say the steering rack bushes will need to be changed at some point.
Anyway enough of the long story’s, I basically need to sell it so that I can get something I can get insured on. I may px with another mint shell, which will just be stored in a garage for a year or two lol
