Hey!
My name is Toms, I'm 20 Y/o and live in Latvia :)
I'm self employed, I do online marketing.
This winter I got myself a e36 323i because I wanted to kick my rear end out a bit and basically have pretty powerful, cheap car. Since I've always liked auto sports, specially drift, I experimented with my daily driver a lot, since it's also easier to slide in the winter :).

So last week there was a local drifting event. I decided to enter it just for the lulz. This was my first time at the track and noone else was even close as newbish as I was. But I didn't care. I just wanted to try drifting on the track lol :o

Although my performance was nowhere close to other dudes, I was still pretty satisfied with what I was able to do. I did crash into tires though. Smashed my bumper, bent radiator and right wing, nothing serious (fixing everything tomorrow, zip ties FTW).

So basically after this event it was clear to me that I really wanted to drift and I will make it my hobby. I don't have much money so I'll just play with that i can :). First things on my todo list are to cut front springs and get lowered rear ones, polyurethane bushings, LSD swap to welded diff & lower ratio cardan (did I call it right?) since my 3rd gear goes up to 160km/h and that's too long for 168hp car. Than I'd like to do M50 manifold swap, get my e-brake working properly and add some spacers to front wheels. My car, for now, must be also street legal, although I do consider getting another daily driver and making real drift car out of my e36. But that will come with time.

I added my crash :wack:. Someone from the spectators filmed me hehe
