Hello!
Im Bill, im new to drifting
I Live in Maidstone, Kent. I work in the motor trade so have a fair bit of general knowledge but sadly dont deal with alot of RWD motors.
Ive got myself something slightly out of the ordinary - a Volvo 940 2.3 Turbo estate So should be a good giggle doing some grandad skids!
Ive been doing some research and turns out the lump in these is pretty tunable, ive already upped the boost to a conservative 10psi (only got a baby Td04 13c turbo) as much more than that the turbo is just a hairdryer.
Ive replaced all the oil seals, cambelt, cam cover and sump gaskets.
Replaced all the vac pipes as they where crumbling away also the oil breather system as this was blocked.
Chopped the springs (although need to do a bit more on the rear).
Started to strip the rear out
anyway heres a few pics of what ive got to so far:
