Help. 325 manifold conversion gone wrong.

HI I ve just fitted the 325 manifold to me 328 using the eBay conversion kit. And ended up with the middle size hose which used to go into the manifold left with no where to go. So I drill a hole in the rubber intake elbow and poke it into there. Now the car keeps stalling.

Need the. Car for Saturday for Santa pod

PLEASE HELP.
 
This would happen if you routed the idle-air-control valve outlet into the elbow before the throttle. Or it could be plumbed properly but you forgot to plug in the IAC valve. (engine will start, but not hold an idle) Try starting it and keeping it running with revving. If it runs with revving, then it's your IAC.
