help!!!

this is doing my head in. have a virus on computer and i cant get rid! it seems to stick whatever i do! think its based on cool web search virus but CWShredder doesnt help. its hijacked my homepage and replaced it with porn even tho i keep changing it back. its trying to charge me £1.50 to enter a site that it doesnt give me a choice about! i delete it from everywhere i can think of and it still comes back! its porn pop up galore and its doing my head in! can anyone help? i know its kinda hard to help as you cant see but im not exactly a whizz with computers and need help :( been trying to get rid for 24hrs now :cry:

:mad: it all ceases to make sense after a while! teamed with the fact that the start button wont even work...you could do it if you were here i know! and im a computer no hoper! i know! :cry:
