Hmmm

Finally I've bought and fitted the rear cusco upper arms and rear toe arms, I've had it set up to what I think might suit my style, but I can't 'test' it as I have no brakes :(.. Tomorrow I've got to angle grind 1 of my rear calipers off as I can't bleed it because the bleed nipple is fucked, and even though I've now bought a spare, I've managed to shear off a mounting bolt leaving the whole of the thread in the hub, and the rest of the bolt in the caliper minus the head .. I have no idea how this is going to work out and get me to Silverstone :( wish me luck

Bit late now but whats wrong with the bleed nipple? If its the hex bit thats rounded off you can hammer a 9mm multipoint socket over it and that should get it out.

As for the caliper, why have you got to grind it off? Cant you undo the other bolt, remove the pads and pull it off the stump of the bolt? Then do the same as the bleed nipple, hammer a slightly smaller socket over it.

Phil get down the local tool shop and get a stud extractor kit I used one when I snapped a fitting off in my block. Just drill a hole in whats left of the bolt screw the tool in ad twist away untill it comes out. I thought I was stumped but it removed it in a few minutes.

Those are good but be VERY careful withthem. They are made of machine tool steel so are very brittle and can snap easily. If they break your fooked as you now have a lump of metal in the middle of the bolt that cannot be drilled out.
