  • Front calipers overhauled at 99,000 miles

  • Stock red AP1 seats
  • Aftermarket deep dish steering wheel
  • D1 spec weighted knob
  • Apexi Super Air Flow computer (all wired to sensors)
  • Apexi wideband with digital gauge

The car is for sale due to a new job that requires more distance to drive. I'd love to keep it but without a garage, I don't want to tax and insure two cars when it won't be used very often. The car has no mechanical issues at all. It drives as it should, sounds brilliant, doesn't burn excessive smoke and handles very very well.

I have a file of receipts from previous MOT's, Honda check sheets, new clutch (unsure if stock or aftermarket) to stickers.

Bad points

  • Small chip in the windscreen, Halfords can fix this for just £20 as its only tiny
  • The hardtop has a dent on the driver side
  • The car has a scuff on the bumper and some surface scratches on the bonnet
  • One of the wheels has some curbing
  • The fuel gauge gets to 3 of the 12 bars and doesn't go any lower (I fill up at 3 anyway so hasn't bothered me as I don't let it get low)
  • The exhaust will have scuffs and scrapes due to the car being low, there are no holes.
  • A UK car of this age will have some rust, there is no bad rust on this, small surface areas. Arches were cut and treated for the overfenders, strut tops are fine. The sills have surface rust but remain solid.
  • Some sill work has been carried out in the past and could do with reprinting as the job wasn't done to the highest standard by whoever did it.

I have been as honest as I can with this as I don't intend on having anyone over.

The car will not go for a penny less than £7000 with the hardtop or £6000 without the hardtop. If the car fails to sell, I won't take any low ball offers, I will just pay more on fuel and continue to use this as my daily.
