How can one drift at a very high speed

I always admire the way Dubai drivers drift at a very high speed. I tried learning it on my own but I was afraid of crashing my car or getting into trouble with the cops. What is the best way to learn drifting at a very high speed without crashing my car or getting in trouble with the cops.
