how to get on a rockingham drift day?

tried twice now! both times sat there on the day it comes on sale at 8pm ready waiting,
it goes to the paying screen and says recalculating, first time i got all my details in inc bank details pressed proceed and it took me to the first screen, and today got as fair and thought i would just wait while it said recalculating and then my shopping cart went to empty and didnt get in again
so whats the trick? any advice would be great cheers guys
