Hey guys,
so got a hydro and have some questions about how to run it.
First off car is completely off road and used at track for drifts only, I’m still a beginner and have decided to get a hydro now after some practice. The car dose not have duel calipers as still to new for that. BMW E46
I got the hydro off a mate who wasent sure if it even worked so have it to me super cheap. Came with the out fitting and a reservoir for the fluid.
So I fitted the hydro initially solely off the back brakes to test the hydro and it all works great.
So my question is should I keep my current setup where the fronts are only ones controlled via brake pedal and hydro operates the rears or should I go for an inline option to retain rear brakes.
if I go for inline how can this be done as I cannot get the fitting off the resivour to then use the cars input.
Could I use 2 t pieces one from each rear brake line inline to the callipers, that then go into one t which would accept the output line from the hydro as that would retain the fluid resivour.
thanks in advance
