Im looking to get my self a Toyota Soarer. i live in the infamous California. known for our bulllshit smog checkpoints and ridiculous carb restrictions. they currently have a soarer at a import dealer down here. but ive heard 1JZ's run way to rich to even pass smog. ive searched everywhere to find a helpful forum post to see if anybody has had any luck passing 1J without dumping your kidneys into the car to make it legal. id want to preferably spend less then 10k.
