lol pics were more for condition than to see what an iphone looks like. has it had a screen protector on it? im properly OCD about phones having scratched screens even if they are light scratches, dont care about hte back so much as itll go straight in a case anyway.
sorry fella its taken awhile for my insurance to get back to me. do you have the reciept from when you bought it? my insurance are shit (but free so i put up with the shitness) and will only insure my new phone with a proof of purchase that has to be sent to them
