We are now welcoming applications for the full time position of Customer Service Assistant at Driftworks Ltd in Birmingham.
This is a first line sales and customer service position, expanding on our existing team to meet customer demand.
We are looking for a professional who:
* Enjoys dealing with people
* Is super friendly, polite, and confident
* Is calm and patient under pressure
* Has reasonable to good car knowledge
* Has very good written English & proficient computer / typing skills
* Is extremely well organized and accurate in their work
* Has previous customer service experience
* Can easily commute to Birmingham B11
* Wants to be part of an exciting team leading the way in a growing market
The role will essentially comprise of:
* Answering telephone and email enquiries
* Compiling special orders for customers
* Managing & updating our customer order and ticket system
* Liaising with other members of the customer service team
* Dealing with face to face sales at the trade counter
* Assisting the Logistics deparment unloading containers and putting away stock
Hours & Salary:
* 37.5hrs pw - 9am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday
* Being available for weekend work if we are doing trade stands or overtime during our busy periods
