aaaagh kurashuuu!!!
I spotted this on the way down to Silverstone on Saturday morning. It's at a garage in Collyweston near Stamford. Only had a quick look at it but it looked to be mint and was up for £4995. It's RHD but came in from Luxemborg apparently, hence the plates. I know nothing more about it but thought it might interest someone on here. Thats pretty cool and i'm sure someone had a 1JZ for sale recently which would go nicely into it. :thumbs:
 
Could be made very cool, it should have a single turbo 1jz in already no?
Actually maybe not looking at that little exhaust on there, maybe 1jzge

I have tried to called the owner of the car but for some reason I allways get an answeringmachine? I just want to know some basic info like year of model, AT/MT, milage. I would be happy if someone cold help me. Chaser a favourite of mine and I want one :D (Eighter that or a FD3S ... also a Holden Monaro VXR but that`s out of me price league :/ )
 
Yeah true, but if you're gonna daily drive it as well i'd consider it...

Ow well , i'm just a bloody student so you'd probably have 10x my budget :D
 
I have another car that I use for daily driving .. ehr ... I don`t actually drive my MB (I`m fixing on it) but we have 12 cars so there are always one avalible for me to take for a drive if I want ;)

But it`s all about priorities. I have quit smoking, I don`t drink and I live 4 free (probably where I save the most). My goal is to save minimum 700$ pr month. I`ve saved aprox 850$ pr month lately ...
 
Chaser should be better than a FD fuel wise, mine is pretty good no worse than my old S14.
The exhaust don't look like it might have a 2.5 turbo on the other end(which I thought they only did?????) most likely a auto as most chaser's from all years are.
It seemed strange to me why it was still on a Lux plate whether it was a temp import because I wouldn't think you could get that through eSVA so never on the road in the UK until older than 10 years(JZX100 from 1996) if it was fully legal in Lux you should be fine anywhere in the EU though

Have you sold your Chaser? That one was pretty interesting but not quit wha I was looking for. Sorry if I didn`t told you so ... But if I don`t find any I like your would be just as interesting as any other ;)
 
Mine is for sale but now with Apex-i FMIC fitted and new hybrid twin turbo's that will run 400bhp at 1bar :smokin: and 550+ at full boost if you had an ECU and fueling. It should be alot more interesting now :nod:

I fell in love with the chasers when we went to hong kong 2 years ago, there were loads kicking about for really!!!!! cheap money, we have been trying to source one there for a while on and off, just waiting for the right one and my bank balance to read something other than DR awsome motor!!!!

we tried a couple of uk importers and they didn't want to get involved? plus all the prices we have seen are silly, these things are like mondeo's out there.

I just bought what I *think* is a Toyota Chaser about 3 weeks ago. Anyways it is a big four door saloon, with a 1jz-gte engine in, full roll cage and seats, TRD LSD and a lot of other stuff :) It used to be an auto when it was first sold, but some drift maniac in Japan converted it to the Supra 5 speed box. It's even got a cool digital dash :thumbs:

It's a 1991 car, piccy here if anyone can confirm for me?
