Hi there chaps, just a quick question.

I assume you dont keep stock of the BMW 1.5way LSDs as you prob dont sell very many and they have a high unit cost. Can i ask the estimated duration between ordering and delivery? thanks

Usually one day :)

Hi. Could you tell me the delivery time on the san2655 for nissan also?

Thanx

We usually hold those in stock, so around 4 to 5 days with courier .

Obviously both of you have read that we're not back in work until the 7th ;).

hi phil.

cheers for quick reply and also brilliant on the delivery time.

i wasn't expecting you chaps to reply until you were back, but such is your devotion to the job! Either that or you're horribly bored.

Can I hijack this thread to as a vaguely relevant question?

I'm going to be ordering the KAAZ 1.5 way for my '94 Eunos Roadster soon. It says that it comes with everything needed to fit, does this include everything like oil seals etc?

Also, not that I'm complaining, just vaguely curious as to why the one for my car is £35 cheaper than the rest?

And as above really, with regards to stock and delivery times and whatnot.

Haha: Ren I wish I had time to get bored :D

Chris: I recall some complication with half shafts on the MX5 diffs. I'll check the details when we get back in :).
The MX5 diff is physically smaller than other models, so is slightly cheaper :).
Stock I'll have to check. If you specifically require a 1.5 way these are not stock items anywhere in the world afaik, so will be a factory order. Again I need to check my details there

Interesting. Do you know if there's any complication with my car currently having a Torsen? I know there's a bit of an issue with the older 1.6i models, something about differences between the viscous and the open versions, but as far as I know on the 1.8i ones all of the diffs (and by extension the half shafts etc) are the same size. I might be talking out of my anus though.

Any info would be gratefully received

I believe you need the open diff half shafts to fit a Kaaz. I'll have to confirm that when I get back and check the details :)

Hmm, that's interesting. I was in touch with karl from mx5mad who work alongside exverythingmx5 about a kaaz diff (sorry guys, I feel like I've been unfaithful) and he didn't mention anything about needing open diff output shafts. And we were talking about me sending him my torsen diff in its case, and them fitting it and sending it back.

Ok, I'll have a little think and see what I want to do.
