Knocking noise when i shift from 1st to 2nd

Hey guys I have a 1992 240sx s13 coupe with a welded diff(soon going to switch to vlsd) I noticed when i shift my car from 1st to 2nd it makes a pretty obvious knocking noise. I really want to know whats the problem, it's been killing me! I hope you guys have some feed back!

Have you checked for;

Loose gearbox crossmember mounting bolts and the 12mm ones on the gearbox mount
Worn rear subframe bushes
Worn Propshaft
Worn Driveshafts
Worn Diff?

Mitch is right Add to the list engine mounts, IC and pipework, suspension arms.....

The list goes on. Get under the car and shake the shit out of everything, starting at your engine and working back.
