Late christmas presents or birthday present BARGAIN

Well i broke up with my partner last week left these under her tree at her home and woke up to find them at my front door this morning... The only thing is shes kept the certificates so i cant return them hence the price!
 
I have to ask why is she keeping the certificates ? .. If they're genuine i am interested. Do you have receipts etc ?
 
she left me for what that matters havent got reciepts destroyed them as i dint expect to have to return them and she kept the certificates so i cant return them to cost me more money like i say ill get pictures of the actual items tomorrow

i was just curios, he said he woke up to find them at he's door this morning so it sounded to me like he dumped her and she was a bit pissed.
