Legality advice needed please

Hi all newbie here just wondering if anyone would know if i was to get the ok in writing from someone who owned a car park for there buisiness to use it for a practice at night with no other cars there would the police still be able to get me on something. It's a lorry yard in the back of an industrial estate if that helps
 
Just go to a proper practice day. Whats the owner going to do when someone smacks into something or someone? Because i'm guessing he wont have liability insurance etc etc. It just wont happen.
 
You'll be shafted for noise but there might be alot of legal challanges on insurance for the land owner.

Also the property must have a locked gate to stop the public getting in or its still public ground.
 
Yea it's got a locked gate and it's a good family friend it's completely empty at night so nothing to hit but a few pallets I was guessing they would try and do me for noise just wanted to know if anyone knew of any funny law they've got that I could still end up in court for
