Does anyone know if you need one to compete at siverstone on Sunday.?

And hello to all :thumbs: I've had few problems lately - had to miss round 4 and wheels 2. :mad: :( :mad: - but been lurking and reading as much as I can. This board Rocks!!

I cant remember of its mentioned on the form you fill out for silverstone. But I haven't been asked at UKD1 in the past.
 
Kiki posted in answer to someone elses question about this on the opt forum and his answer was that you must have a liscense to drive on track.

I got banned for my speeding thing, missed the last round.

in fairnedd we've never been asked to present our licenses... but if its a term of entry and you crashed badly, Im not sure you & option would have any sort of insurance.

Im trying to shift a bunch of S13 wheels with varying degrees of rubber on them ranging from nearly dead to nearly alive ;)
 
Seems a bit harsh to me that someone wouldnt be able to drive because of a ban, but thats just an opinion and theres nothing I can do about it. If it happened to me id probably be quiet and go anyway as weve never had to show the license.
 
Very tempting, but wouldn't like to put the event in any risk!! If sh!t did happen and it was me who Fecked it for every one else....

I feel pretty guilty and alot of people would feel the need to take my life!!
