well today i done my oil and filter change, decided on 15w-40 gtx mineral for high milage engines, also done my rocker cover gaskets as they were leaking,
rocker cover gaskits, there were 3 parts to this, the 2 that go under the actual covers but i couldnt find anywhere to put the 3rd one weird :?
oil filter was a bit of a bastid as well, had to resort to hammer and chissel for that as well
now to the annoying bit, removed the remainder of my aircon, the pump, the previos owner started it and never finished the job, i found out today, thre last bolt was the one underneath the pump, and the head was rounded, tried the good old method of hammer and chissel, this didnt work so resorted to brutal and extreme measures, can anyone guess what that was
yeah the angle grinder lol
pics from today
some tools of the trade
my dad giving me a hand (well doing most of the work lol)
so much easier with no front bumper on
weird jacking point i know but it works on the toeing eye lol
everyones friend while working on the car a cuppa tea
and the ever faithfull angle grinder
was a bit worried about setting my car on fire lol
