hi guys,
i'm new here but i just wanted to say im really impressed with the site.
anyways, me and my mate were out today in the snow in a closed car park having some sideways fun.
it was very basic technique, we mostly just used the hand brake to initiate the drifts but i still managed to get the car seriously sideways, and after about 10 minutes was managing to link drifts from left to right and all over the place.
but im planning on coming to a drift day pretty soon and i was wondering if theirs any modification i can do to the car to prepare it for the serious drift action i plan to put it through??
im driving a Nissan micra k10 with cut springs all round and yesterday i bucketed my standard seat by removing some foam. And my mate is driving a Vauxhall Astra CDTI on coilovers. so whats the next most important thing to take care of before i come to a drift day at the Pod with you guys??
were both well excited to be getting into this new up and coming sport and look forward to your reply's.
thanks in advance
Here's a little picture of the cars, mines the red one and the blue one in the background is my mates

Its just today its been snowing a shed load and we were getting proper sideways for a long time, looked just like the videos iv seen on youtube.
Im not trying to wind anyone up, im just after some help.
Comment about my intelligence also are not apreciated.
