M3 e36, which mods to make?

Hello
Can anyone give me an advice what to do.
Things I have allready done:
Diff ratio changed, from 3,15 to 4,27. Now the car reaches (rev limiter) 80km/h in second, 120 in third and 160 in fourth gear. Top speed is 195 km/h.
Lsd overhauled.
Short shift, eibach springs+newly hardened dampers.
Sparco steering wheel and drivers seat(not installed yet)
All other seats+spare tyre+various trunk parts removed
The car has enough power, I would like to concentrate on other things.
What do you suggest?

Coilovers and make sure the diff is a high % of lock.

H&R do a good set of coilovers for the E36.

Sorry, what is a welder and a MIG spec diff? What is the difference to a normal lsd?
 Any pics of that? Thanks

You mean I should lock my diff to a 100% with the welder? :D

If you don't have the cash for a proper LSD, then it's a good alternative, but you will need to start with an open diff, you can't usually weld up a viscous one. Open diffs should be very easy to find and cheap to buy so it's worth giving it a try

Sorry for the humour (or lack of)

This website should give you an idea of what Mat means.

Basically locking the diff so it becomes a one piece axle

 These guys really welded their diff! I thought it was a joke!
The M3 allready has an 25%lsd. What would I achieve locking it more? Is there any noticeable difference?(I never drove a high% locked diff)
When we overhauled it, our mechanic could strenghten it by adding an additional viscous plate, but he said the wear would also increase, so we didnt do it.

Hey is that a ZM coupe in your picture?

I run a 80 % lock BMW lsd that i built up with machining the casing etc James (Driftybolox) and Julian can quote on how good it, its great on my car :D

As for suspension either go leda (they made mine so i could go stupid low "true drift style" :D ) or KW billys are good but very expensive all the race cars run KW now aswell.

Hope this is some help

The Mcoupe is my daily driver
;)
I have heard about machining the casing, that might be also interesting for me.
@Zax
:D I think I will keep my bmw, but I will consider your "training on the mobikrog" advice ;)
Anything new with your 200sx? Or hachi? You are beeing very misterious about your projects :smokin: .

Get out there and practice. Your current set up sounds adequate, you will soon realise which aspect is letting you down, then upgrade that. I'm not sure a locked diff will be a good idea, and will also make the car nasty to drive in normal conditions.

Spending time and money on practice will reap far greater rewards than on some trick shocks of diff. Especially in the begining.

I can get you H&R coilovers at cost from the importers but usually need your old front struts exchange.

I've got them on my e36 and they are superb, fronts adjustable hieght and rears shortened shocks with matched lowered springs. I think now they also do adjustable cups for the rear springs to adjust the hieght but we left those out for now on our bimmers to drop the extra mm's.
