Mazda RX8 231 Black. MOT til late December

Hi all. Selling my RX8 as I'm getting deeper into my 13B turbo MX5 project and I already have enough rotaries to do me a lifetime.

Here's a brief spec:

Mazda RX8 231ps in PZ Brilliant Black
116k miles
MOT'd til late December 2015

Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Performance:
STARTS HOT AND COLD NO PROBLEM FOR THOSE CONCERNED!
231ps stock block 13B Renesis with 6-speed gearbox. Runs faultless and smooth and pulls all the way past 9k RPM with no issues or weird noises.
Just had new air filter, ignition coils, uprated ignition leads, spark plugs, engine oil + filter, engine coolant, gearbox oil (MT90), diff oil (MT90) and 4 wheel alignment.
When the battery was relocated to the boot for a while, the engine start cranking speed was very low but it still started absolutley no problem so that should give you an idea of how healthy the engine is with great compression.
Electric power steering was faulty so I completely (and safely) deactivated it which gives much more feel and balance but not handy for parking!
Recently had new yellow stuff brake pads and discs fitted.
Lowered on new adjustable coilovers fitted in January with a 2 year warranty.
Hydro brake + ABS full delete. Brake fluid replaced with ATE Super Blue Racing Fluid.
Air Con delete.
Custom centre exit glasspack exhaust. Tailpipe diffused and tuned to sound amazing on throttle but not droney when cruising.

Exterior:
Overall the paintwork isn't too bad, no major dents on metal panels, couple small bubbles from corrosion along bumper joins.
Front bumper has crack repair with good old chunky cable ties.
Tailgate badly wrapped in carbon fibre vinyl,
Lightweight matte black bonnet.
Rear bumper lower section has been cut away and huge, heavy OEM backbox removed to expose rear end and run centre exit custom exhaust.
Rear windows black tinted.
Front, rear and side repeater lights black tinted.
Common corrosion along rear of sills has been properly patch welded and stonechipped.
Underside fully waxoyl'd.
18" Kei RZ style wheels, tyres with heaps of tread left.

Interior:
Hydro brake.
Interior mostly stripped out but all electrics incl. Bose system, climate control, heated/electric seats retained and all in perfect working order.

Overall it's a very solid and mechanically sound and clean car for it's age and mileage.

The car will also come with a set of Pirelli slicks which were used for one track day and have plenty life left. I can do a discount if these aren't required.
