Mercedes 814 truck / race car transporter

Mercedes 814 7.5 ton (drive on a car licence if you have an oldish one) truck with 20 foot Glassonite box with side door and properly extended 1000kgs tail lift. Internally framed to allow optional second level floor to carry 2 single seaters or very low sports GT's. This is out of the truck at the moment, but a very simple and fast job to refit if preferred. Floor has hold down rings. Sold with 12 months test, but untaxed. It has never let me down, is well maintained and it's just had a new exhaust. Straightforward, reliable none turbo engine, 5 speed manual box with fairly recent clutch, she cruises at 60 MPH, and will easily top 70. Excellent tyres all round, everything works except the radio, which has a mind of its own. White unlettered box, grey 3 seater cab with wind deflector. Photos to follow. Woah, had no idea they were so cheap.

How long/wide is the tail lift? Ie how big a car can get in and out of it?

87 inches wide, but note: It's only a 1000 Kgs lift, so anything heavier than about a Fiat Panda is out. I have a bigger truck, but it's a LOT LOT dearer. That'll lift a GTR Skyline, no worries and take 4 cars, 2 on the top deck, 2 on the bottom, with belly lockers and a 4 car awning.

Had an offer on this, but not quite enough. Tail lift extension completed over the weekend, I previously used a roller instead of fold out extensions as I used it for flat bottomed sports cars. Now it will take single seaters or none flat bottomed cars up to F1 size.
