ok says in the description that it doesnt come with a front brake lever etc but in the pictures it has one. Does this mean it doesnt come with the handlebars or forks?

theres a brake for the rear and for the front
it doesnt have front brake lever
and im not really sure if i would like to post because it will take time and i would like cash in hand
