Hey guys, Bought this back in 2008. Never used it much so it went back in its box. Took it back out last week and had a play about, It never really worked before but seems ok now other than the ariel being gay.

Its a Tamiya TT-01. Raybrig NSX Shell.

Started to play about with it. Super glued the diff the other day.

3 Years ago I bought these HPI drift plastic tyres. One of them popped off last night so while it was off took the chance to put take round them to save the tyres from spinning on the wheels. So in the freezer they went.

While they were in there I remembered Id bought some wheels In Japan and they were kicking about my garage somewhere.. then i found them!

Got aload more kicking about in my garage somewhere but dunno where they are. lol. Planning on new wheels anyway.

Last night I ended up getting LOADS of carbon shrands stuck in my wheels again so last night I took the wheels off to get it off however there actually inside the drive shafts and I cant be bothered taking it all apart again, so going to wait to get some adjustable parts.

Then started to place the wheels to see how it would look with mega camber.

Oh yeah started to get rid of some of the stickers and added my own ones. I plan on turning this into a team top end NSX (Not sure which one yet) And getting a JZX100 Chaser.

Decent little car now though. Needs more torque and need to fix the ariel, got a new battery the other day with charger aswell.

Those meisters are nice.

Even with adjustable camberarms it's difficult to get that much camber without modifing them.

well my real chaser is white so im thinking on going down that route, i dont know how much paint to buy though.. or how to do these lights lol. Would 100ml tamiya paint be ok?

1 Tamiya can white will do. Buy some silver (and black) too, to back the white. Otherwise the shell will be see-through.

Thanks man, just ordered up a load of stuff.

- White / Silver + Black paint
- All the hop ups in green / purple
- bearings
- new drive shaft things

Just need a brushless motor and some uprated steering servo thing and I think im done.. Well other than building it and making this shell.
Also going to get another set of light buckets and make me some S2 tails like this guy did.

Looks wicked man, speed way pal make the best rc wheels. TT01's are pretty good out of the box but the motors are a bit lacking, need to upgrade mine too

Where did you get your shell from? I can only find them for £50+ cus of the delivery from japan is bonkers!

that price is already cheap mate, the yokomo shell comes with all light bucket and spoiler stuff.

Yokomo shells do not come with lightbuckets You have to buy them seperatly
