This is coming along nicely now... Was a real rot box when it was started. Most of the rot has been cut out and the fun modifications are underway

At the beginning

Parts bought

Work begins

New floors, inner and out sills

New kick panels and plates galore

Doors repaired

Back arches on

New chassis going in

Front crossmember in (note wider chassis rails)

Chassis doesn't meet now as it's wider

Strut tower support cut to allow for inner wing to be bent out to widen the chassis

Rear chassis raised to clear the new rear crossmember

Floor also raised

New strengthener to take the mounting points of the new S chassis crossmember

The holes in the floor at the mountings points for the rear crossmember

Rear inner tubs

The S Chassis uses IRS, so no axle. A diff and 2 drive shafts

I'll be keeping the metal console part of the dash and using the dash top, but I'll be changing the clocks
