Basic spec:
MOT July 2016

Black

Shell has 70k

Registered as a 1.6 (114bhp) but has had a 90k 1.8 engine with VVT (146bhp) from a 2003 mx5

Welded diff

De-powered steering

5mm rack spacers

Hardtop with plastic rear window although this has a hole in it now covered with duct tape.
(Tyre delaminated and smacked the back window) no leaks.

Soft top is off the car but is included. Rear window has a taped up crack

Mk2 dash with mk1 centre console

Standard wheels

Minimal rust. Car can still be jacked on sills, there's is a £1 sized hole from where I removed rust to treat but that's it. Everything has been worked on so easy to work on in future.

Cobalt cat back exhaust

BAD POINTS

I did the wiring myself and there are a few things I didn't have the time/patience to complete which includes;

Electric windows don't work (just need wires connected up)

Indicators don't work. Everything is there and plugged in. Flasher relay needs replaced (£28)

Needs new head unit. As this is broke there is essentially nothing working on the dash. (£20?)

Car is painted with gloss and a roller but is a reasonable job as I'm pure amaze balls with a tin of Johnstones. Can't tell it's been painted this way until you rub your hand across it as there was no real prep work.

Windscreen has a crack in it

Make no mistake, the car is rough around the edges but it is solid and goes as gpod as a mk1 is gonna without a turbo. Would be ideal for someone looking to perfect it and turbo for an easy 250bhp. Skids very easily as is though.

Will come with lots of mk1/mk2 spares.
Bigger items...
1.8 gearbox is included
1.8 welded diff
Mk1 Glove box
Mk1 Dash
1.6 engine / interior looms
About 6-10 skid wheels

Interior can have carpet refitted.

£600
