Yea m8 its a BOA N/A 205bhp+ 2.9 V6 24v, previous owner claimed 245bhp but doubt it , still for sale tho or may P/X for something abit different

You can do a lot with the engine, there are plenty of supercharged and turbo'd BOA/B engines out there, with pretty savage power. I like them in N/A form though, they sound like nothing else, got a kind of nascar snarl too.

I'm almost temped to ring adrian flux back up (just been chatting to them anyway!) and ask them if they'd insure me on it!

But they would kill me for sure :(

good luck, awesome car, if I were you I'd get my dad to buy a trailor and trailor it to track days!

i realy realy realy would like to do that BUT there are 2 problems i have with doing that:

1. i am very lucky to have a XR4I in this condition, not many around, specialy with 24v convertions

2.Im a member of the XROC and to kill this car drifting would be just insane

but my intentions are if it aint gone after xmas, it will get trailored to every drift event i can get onto with my age and stuff and drift the baby:dw:

Please don't sell this car :(

Wait for me to get the cash together and I'll buy it off you :)

I drolled over a mates 4i when i was 18 and have wanted one ever since and seeing yours has brought out the teen in me again :)

Just got to shift my minter of a Granada Ghia now :):):)

Is it a 3ltr on the log book?

no its still a 2.8 on log but it dont matter and the engine aint a 3.0 anyway its a 2.9 v6 24v

optimus: A guy is coming from scotland to come for it this week, but it aint a definate sale just waiting for a d8 to meet him, really dreadin in selling it, i want to keep it but just silly insurance:mad: i may keep it if this guy dont want it, it can sit at my mates garage for 10yrs in a car cacoon like he has done with his minter escozz's and 3door cosworths;)
