Im looking for, soarer with 1jz, chaser jzx100, mark ll jzx100, or skyline gtst r32, laurel c35, silvia ps13...with all manual and uk registered and MOT.
As original as possible, as good condition as possible, since i will drive it a pretty long trip, and get it registered in Norway! 20 years or older
Ive seen some customers very happy and some be messed about.
A friend had issues with a different Bride seat than what he paid for being passed off as the same seat, took work but there was a refund eventually.
Also seen a very rusty S15 with rotten topmounts, being passed off as mint. But you get what you pay for, if the cars cheap its for a reason.
I dont think they select the cars themselves in Japan, so maybe they just have a shitty agent? Who knows.
In the interests of fairness, never used him myself so there may be another side to the stories. I saw the messages regarding the Bride and i wouldnt be in a rush to use him.
Id suggest Torque GT, JM Imports and obviously Japanese Used Car Auctions who have been used by DW for a long time. JM/Torque GT are quite expensive but premium service.

I has also thought about buy a car from a private seller aswell. What is the best place to find cars in uk on the Internet?
Facebook groups tend to be the best place!

Personally I'd use Japaneseusedcars or go direct to Japan and speak to Moacir Tanoue at Royal Trading. https://www.royal-trading.jp/ I got my C33 Laurel through them and they were very fair with me. Being in Japan they can source you what you want and send it anywhere in the world too.
I tried JM Imports a few years back and he was extremely rude and wasn't interested because I wasn't spending GTR money. It was only once I told him to shove it since I'd got actual helpful replies from other UK importers (one being Japaneseusedcars) that he changed his tune but by then, the damage was done.
