Ahhh.. does anyone have any ideas how id be able to play this on my samsung dvd player? Or am I just screwed.

NTSC / PAL don't make any difference pal, your television will display both. (unless you have something that is like 25 years old ) Its whether its been region locked which they won't have been.

At worst, there are plenty of all regon players you can get free on the net for your PC.
