[Mx5 - NA] Driftworks coilovers feedback

Hello, I just got these babies installed, so it'll be a "partial feedback" only, but I'll update later.

First off, we didn't take the time to set them, the car is now basically slammed.

anyway, on the drive home I could tell

1st - they're not hard on the softest setting, actually they're either as soft, either softer than my civic on stock suspension with -30 springs.
2nd - the feedback/response seems to be awesome, they give a cool amount of trust when taking a corner

I already love em, they seem to be a very good bang for the buck and I'm not afraid at all to drive these on the nurburgring, I'm quite sure they'll be very good once tuned properly, and with a good alignment setting.

a few pics from yesterday, gonna do a proper shooting later, maybe today

You must have decent chassis rails then. You only get awarded the slammed status when your chassis rails are as thin as an anorexic chick :wack:

well, actually I've checked, if I go down any more by a few cm, I'll just have some parts touching the ground. I have like less than 5cm between the lowest part and the ground. wich means any lower and I couldn't even park in my parking lot

maybe the stock rims look like it's higher than it actually is

If you posted that in the Slammed thread on Clubroadster you would get banned lol.
My car is has the optional original lowering springs(-30mm) and it's lower in the front.

Getting my coilovers over the winter as we get huge amounts of snow here in Norway.

hey, cool, you got those fitted fast
look forward to seeing how you get on round the Nurburgring :)

Don't slam it anymore :)

Decked cars + Nurburgring = Crashing.

(Advice from one Northlooper to another.... :D)

50mm ground clearance? Pah. I'd be embarassed to drive it that high.

Al - that's wank I want to go to the ring but I can't stand anyone seeing me in a high car boohoo. At least mine's 10mins away from being high or slammed though these days.

Anyway, hoorah for DW coilies for being awesome :D
