mx5 seat frames ????

i've heard talk that you may be producing some sort of seat frame for mx5's would this be true ? and how far off in the future is this likely to be ???
 
lol :D We talked about it properly yesterday for the first time, so news obviously travels fast :D. I'd say no time soon is probably the best answer, as there is a hell of a lot of development to do, and it won't be started until we have done the 200sx and skyline rails, which haven't been started yet either.
 
awesome, i recon you would do well out of them as i've only managed to find bride left hand side :wack: or cobra do a crappy H frame for base mounts and performance 5 sell seats that fit factory runners but dont look to supportive, so you'd have the monopoly and sell loads i recon :thumbs:
 
There were just hundreds of lovely MX5s to measure laying around at the weekend.

I'd have helped you cut a few up to measure for seat frames.

Ace feedback on MX5OC for the drifting demo BTW, everyone who has mentioned it has been amazed by it. And it was definitely the highlight of my day.
 
looks like i'll have to mess about myself then, i just bought a bride frame but it wouldn't fit with an imola, front of the side bolster hit the tranny tunnel so i couldn't bolt the frame down :mad:
 
Was it the one with the tie rod ends that allowed 1 inch of lowering without RUINING the car? Did it have the bilstein or koni yellows, and the eunos or miata indicators?

AHHHH I overheard some boring shit.

lol looking at some of those pics it wont be hard to make my mx5 unique when i get it :)

christ mx5 meets look dull :wack: most of em all look the same :smash: dab of chrome here, splash of chrome there :euge:

most of the owners must've had to go home early for warm milk and bed after seeing the DW lot, to much excitement to take in one day:D
 
No they loved it. Old women were waving and all sorts. If Phil or Dan were granny bangers they would have been in hogs heaven by the end of the 2nd demo

yea yours is what made me want one tbh mate, but no one took many pics :rolleyes:

thing is half the chrome stuff looks cheap anyways imo.

There will by pics of mine from Llandow this weekend. I prefer pics of it moving :D

Also on topic - make the subframes chromed and you'll quadruple your customer base.
