Hi all,

Well yet again i have decied 2 put her up for sale. I dont really want 2 sell, but im doing again more miles at work now and its costing me way 2 much in fuel. Its time i really brought a "More sensible" car!

The car is an S14a in Red (The touring model), X plate registered in 2000. Its done 71k with Fsh. It has the usual extras, Cream Leather, Side skirts, Twin Airbags. I have only owned the car 6 or 7 months, and its been awesome in the time i have owned it.

I have done a few things 2 it as i brought the car completely standard (I still have all the standards parts), its got an Apex turbo back exhaust, Apexi induction kit, walbro fuel pump, brand new denso's, baileys d/v, "Bren Device" set at just under 15psi on the autometer boost gauge. its recently had a full service inc engine oil, gear box oil, and diff oil, done by myself, i have also replaced the brake pads and rear tyres.

I have also changed the head unit for a Kenwood dvd player KVT725DVD. I have uprated the rear speakers, and it sounds really nice, and clear.

The car has always been run on shell optimax, and warmed up and cooled down as all turbo cars should be.

I will be sad 2 see her go as i havnt had her very long , but needs must. Im not in a hurry 2 sell so i wont be lowering the price everyday.

It has 6months tax, and mot til August, but i will put a new mot on when its sold.

I maybe intrested in a p/x but would prefer if somewould would buy her for hard cash.

The car is based in Ipswich, and viewing is avaliable anytime.

Im looking 4 6k ovno.

Pics will follow this weekend when i have a good chance 2 clean her.

Thanks for looking.

Hi mate I have seen that about, I live in Ipswich as well, think I saw that today at the valeters behind motormania? I have a red rev 3 mr2 with sparcos alloys and toms scoop. Nice looking motor, you shouldnt have a prob selling.

yea I would be but I havnt got the money, cant afford to insure it either i can just about insure my Mr2.

No offence mate, it's a very tidy looking car and no doubt you've looked after it, but thats Skyline money buddy. Good luck with the sale.

Lovely car mate! ;) Just bought the same one recently from this forum so if you're finding the price is too high check out this thread & that might shed a bit of light on why people might think it's too much cash:

Not an exact comparison, but value-for-money-wise you might get asked why the price you're asking for is what it is...

Incidently, I can't understand (even with the bills) why you'd want to sell it especially in such good nick! Good luck with it anyway mate! :)

Cheers matey. The reason im selling is because its costing me 2 much. Me and the missus want 2 save up some cash and buy our first house. If i keep this i just wont be able 2, plus with moving job and having 2 travel more is just been a nightmare.

I can see what your saying but i feel the car is worth that, considering the mods on it are only 3-4 months old spent easy £1500. + The Head unit is worth £1000.

I would love 2 keep her, she has been great while i have owed her but its just not practical. Its all part of the joys of growing up i guess, and no im not under the thumb! Lol!
