My S14 New,accident,reapir,today

Also did you get the fmic brand new? Was it alot more money than an apex perf one? is it any better?

It was valentines day last year dude. I was out with my other half just going to get the 200 booked in for an MOT. As i approched an island i just nocked it down into 2nd and started to go around the island when the arse end came completely as it was my 1st RWD car i panic didnt know what to do and the car fish tailed really bad driving me into a set of railings!!!!

Luckily no other car was involved as it was really busy when the police came and investigated they told and showed me the spillage of diesel on the island and said i was very lucky.

Since then bin to many drift days so now i know how to control my car when it goes. :D

Duane,

New brakes, rear adj camber arms, bucket seat and harness, sump gastet, paint and alloys refurb.

Not a lot but im skint at the mo. :(

Duane.

1)did the wheels get pushed back?

2) was it hard to knock the chasis bit back into place (part were the lights & wings attatch too?

i did similar damage to my S13 once, its nice when u get all the second hand bits on. :smokin:

shame, as 3 days later it got wrote off. at least i didnt re-spray it.

Nice repair job was it quick or alot of hard work?

A mate was looking at a fine lady as you do with misses in the car. When the 54-plate Laguna in front stopped dead. 25-0 in the rear of it, his misses 106 GTI headlights gone, gril, indicators in bumper, rad & bonnet, wings pushed out slightly and slam bannel bent! 54-plate Laguna bumper went in and popped out again (not even the paint cracked, that the chap noticed NE we did!) lucky for him it was a company car and as saw nout wrong just said £5 for a few pints and forget about it.
Mean while we thew it in his work shop droped the engine out to put new clutch in (109k on the clock & little stiff!) and to give us space. Mean while other half went to work (a well know motor factors in MK) and got two headlights, rad, clutch & indicators.
We strip the front end get put the dooser on the front to pull up and forward again put it back together and sprayed it up all in 9 hours with five peeps on it!
Fastest repair job we heard of recently just call us the A-team but with a White van instead!

Quite alot of work it was replacing the front slam pannel.

Work should start sooner then i expected as the money looks good. :D

I just need to know which rear adj camber arms to go for??

Will post more work in progress pics when i get started. :D

Duane.

its amazing how soft the front of a 200 is! :wack: i did something very similar to mine quite a while back, except i hit a motorway barrier drifting lol Shame it was the old "sxoc diesel" that got you  haha, good work tho fella!
