Need a BIG HELP

I have just got my new koni spring and shock installed.

The front passanger side is knocking BADLY.. any idea? my garage said he need to put in pads to cure it.. but need extra £140!!! please help

Mr2 MK2 rev1. Plus not to mention koni didn't supply the cap screws for the new shock to sit in the old shock sleve.

Describe where the knock is coming from. Is it under accelleration, braking, cornering?

You sure all the bolts are done up?

Normally a loose/incorrectly fitted strut gland nut. They need to be feckin tight.

knock when turning the steering and going over bump

my bros vzr has done this for a while, we though it may have been the bearings due to the new forces applied to them by the new shocks.
