Need plugs

Can you guys get NGK Iridiums in stock to suit an RB20det?
Was told by someone from Rising Sun that I need heat range of 7 and an 0.8mm gap. Not sure if that's for the stock engine. I'll be fitting a T3/04e Hybrid R33 turbo along with 550cc injectors. Would those plugs specs be suitable?

Gonna do an oil change as well and I was looking at the Silkolene 10w50 in the shop. Car currently runs on 15w 50, but I read somewhere on here recently that the Silkolene stuff is excellent. Car is a daily driver with infrequent track day use ever now and then. Worth going for it?
 
Hi Mark, in my old RB20, James's RB25, my 1JZ, and pretty much everything really we use these exact plugs....

Heat range depends on how MENTAL your car is, but I should imagine 7 would be fine. If it's super mental and getting lots of abuse then 8 is more appropriate.

The Silkolene stuff is waaay waaay superior to anything you'll get from halfords etc, if you're putting strain on the car with a bigger turbo etc I'd seriously recommend it.
