hey guys I've been searching in Facebook but no luck, anyone know any groups in the Houston Texas area that I could join to find events and stuff? I'm buying a mx5 next week and plan to make it a weekend warrior and would like some advice and to actually see some cars in action

This is mostly a UK site, if you’re looking for stuff in your area try looking for Facebook groups, there is quite a big “lone start drift” group, they’re Houston based or atleast tx based. Once you join one group you’ll start getting recommended the others.

Join a few local groups, you'll probably find someone selling a car already setup.
Saves hassle and cost doing it yourself, plus they can tell you where best local tracks are.
