hey there,

was just browsing the new look shop,

i havent yet placed anything in my basket, but i cant help but notice that products are advertised as EX VAT, as in, excluding VAT....

is this a mistake, as im fairly sure the prices look familiar, but used to include the VAT....

I could be wrong, but i was looking at a nardi the other day, and it still seems to be the same price but now excluding the vat....
 
Hi. Is that when you are logged in? Can you check the address your account is registered to please? Also could you let me know the e-mail address associated with your shop account please, and we'll look into it.

I wasnt logged in no, I have just tried to log in and it wouldnt let me, so assuming I forgot my password I applied for a password reset, recieved the email and all i got was:-

" Your new password is: "

Nothing!
 
Hi, the problem with the password not showing has now been fixed, so if you request it again, it should work. :thumbs:
