New to cars and drifting!

Hello, I'm currently a high school student who recently got into cars. Still don't own one myself, but after watching a bunch of movies and documentaries about drifting and racing, it's now one of my goals to purchase my own car and go drifting at a local motorsports park. It would be great if I could get informed more about cars and drifting. Please and thank you!

Google local practice days in Cali, attend a practice day, see what cars are running, ask questions about cost of cars, modifications, insurance costs etc. Save money, save some more, avoid alcohol and save money for drift car. Build epic car, practice, practice and more practice.
