New to drifting!

Hey Guys,

Im completely new to the driving side of drifting. Been to a few events and have a few mate who have started so i though i would join in.

I have around £700 to spend on my first drift car. What would you suggest i go for? Im looking for something that hasn't been messed around with as id like it to be a bit of a project car.

For £700 u gotta be looking at something from the bmw shed I imagine, plus parts for e36s are relatively cheap and readily available
 
Like it says above with your budget you can either get a bmw e36 or mazda mx5, would not waste time looking for anything else, you might get lucky and find something like is200 or alteza but they will be abused big time for under 700 monies, hope this helps
 
I second an MX5 as also parts would be pretty cheap aswell if you do obtain some drifting damage, on mx5s though especially the older ones mk1 / mk2 watch out for rust! But if it's a project car maybe you can use this kinda to you're advantage then clean it up :)
