Hi everyone

Im looking to get in to drifting in 2k16,
Ive had my fair share of rwd cars but nothing built for the job and when drifted doesnt end well,
thought i was being sensible getting a mk2 golf and building it up but im bored with the whole "scene tax" bollocks and there is way to much polishing , im the sort of person that wants to fix a car with a hammer,zip ties and duct tape and a halfrauds socket set,

Hope i can meet a few understanding mates along the way, unlike the ones ive got that are scared to get there tyres wet,

although there are some majour scene taxed parts in drifting to lol, much more fun though

Yeah but scene tax in vag group is madness £250+ for a centre console!!

BMW E36 are good all rounders from 323i upwards with loads of mods and tuning options throughout the range

Yeah i had a e36 325 with m3 extras was not bad, just a daily tho. Also had a e46 328 lovely car with lots of added weight full electric heated leather cruise control ac etc etc kept it 2 weeks drove like a boat.

dont bother with anything less than a 323 if you get an e36 or a 328 if an e46

everything else is just pants

I can imagine they would be. But ive got a engine hoist and hammer anything can be made to fit

Hello again had to take a break from cars everything moving house and no drive/garage etc etc boring stuff,
But on the plus side ive got the chance of another project only problem is i need someone with a trailer/dolly, to go collect if anyone is up for helping a newbie out give me a shout i will pay with pennies and beer any way the project is a s13 no engine or interior saves me the hassle of stripping i will start a build thread as soon as it home
