ngk spark plugs

i was just reading through the h-dev site reading up about sparkplugs (i know give up on denso) and i read there that

SR20DET NGK BKR7EIX Iridium spark plugs are suitable for a modified engine. They are 1 grade cooler than standard.

where as you guys state that

BKR7EIX NGK fir the SR20DET are 2 grades cooler

ive been using denso IK24's and beleive there 2 grades cooler than standered but ive burnt a second set so now looking for cooler again are the BKR8EIX plugs the ones im after or do they go cooler?

sorry i will also add im after better coil packs can anyone point me in the direction of where to look or if there not really needed is nissan the only place to get them?

Hmmm, BKR7 is usually what I'd suggest for maximum 350-400bhp range, 375+ I'd say bkr8.

Just FYI the NGK is a stronger plug than the Denso in my experience, the 7 is equivalent to a 24 denso, but I think you'll find them more durable regardless of heat range.
